Ice Rink Terms and Conditions

★ Due to the element of risk associated with this activity customers skate entirely at their own risk.
★ Skaters should arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session to allow time to park, check in, collect and fit their skates.
★ Ice rink sessions last approximately 45 minutes.
★ For safety reasons, all children 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the ice.(one adult for every three under 8's).
★ Skaters are advised to wear suitable clothing including gloves and thick socks.
★ Skate sizes available: Children's Size 5 to Adults Size 11.
★ For safety regulations the rink have a maximum number of 36 skaters for each session.
★ Skating takes place in all weather, bookings are non-refundable and not-transferable.
★ If a session is cancelled by Waterside Garden Centre, ticket holders will be offered places on an alternative session,if this is not possible a full refund will be given.
★ In the event that the entertainment staff are unable to attend as advertised, your session will still go ahead and no refundwill be available.
★ By booking a session you are agreeing to Waterside Garden Centre's privacy policy and terms and conditions.
★ We hold the right to refuse entry onto the ice to anyone not complying with our rules and procedures.
